Tohpati Village

Firstly the driver take you to Tohpati Village,where is located east side of Denpasar city, this village well known for Batik Village. Most of the villager here making batik,process of making batik you can observe also here. There, batik making has evolved to become one of the greatest art forms of Asia. This ancient technique involves using a wajan similar in shape to a wok for melting wax, and a canting, a wooden-handled tool with a metal tip for applying wax to create the design.  You can shop for your favorite paintings batik like clothes, sarung, pilow case, photo of batik painting.

Tegenungan Waterfall

Just a few minute from Batuan village,we will drive you to Tegenungan Waterfall,where this destination  located not in the highlands or mountains.Tegenungan waterfall Located at Tegenungan Village, approx. 5 kilometres, south Tengkulak Kaja, south east Ubud,district Sukawati, Gianyar. The distance is only about 16 km from Denpasar or 30 minute drive. Although not so high (only about four feet tall), water flow is very heavy. Natural scenery around Tegenungan Waterfall is quite beautiful, with green trees and beautiful. You can eat and drink at the simple stalls while enjoying the beauty of Tegenungan Waterfall from a distance. Entrance ticket for  this Tegenungan Waterfall is IDR 15,000/person.

 

Ubud Market

After that our driver bring you to  Ubud Market,where the existence is not far different from other markets available in the tourism area.Bali Day Tour suggest you to Bargain if to buy something here.This market as a society economics center of Ubud and it is apposite to the existence of Ubud Empire that is called Puri Saren. The market is unfolding from west to easterly divided become two group with different purpose. There are two markets available at the same area those are one block at the West side is for a traditional artistic market and another block located in the east as an everyday traditional fundamental market requirement. This market is opened every day about at 08:00 until 18:00, even some from them still open until nighttime. While the traditional market for the fundamental requirement is opened everyday at 06:00 - even before that there is morning market started at 04:00 morning. No entrance ticket for  this market.

 

Ubud Palace

Accompany by our Bali Driver to visit Ubud Palace,which is an Ubud Kingdom Palace with beautiful Balinese traditional houses as a residence of Ubud King. It is set in the center of Ubud with traditional art market just in front of it and it is found by Ida Tjokorda Putu Kandel who has commanded from year 1800 - 1823. This palace is an artistic cultural life center, while the traditional market is the symbol of local economics resident. The existence of Ubud palace is equipped by a Wantilan/auditorium that is a large building of meeting room and a banyan tree as shelter place at the daytime. The traditional market is the place of society economics and its existence is always border on palace as artistic cultural life center. It means that the both pole meeting is describing the dynamics of society and kingdom life. No entrance ticket for this Palace.

 

Garuda Wisnu Kencana(GWK)-Cultural Park

Afterward our Bali Driver very delighted to bring you to Garuda Wisnu Kencana Statue,which is huge statue with 150 meters tall picturing the Vishnu Lord as a source of wisdom, riding on back of mystical bird of Garuda inspirited from the Hinduism that is manifestation toward Amerta, eternal goodness. This statue is made by the famous modern Indonesia’s sculptor, Mr. Made Nuarta. It was made more than 4000 tons of copper and brass which is surrounded by 240 hectares of park culture and become one of the Bali’s icons in future. The shape of this statue was not complete yet where the head of Lord Vishnu statue and Head of Garuda Bird statue are set in separate place. Entrance ticket for  this statue is IDR 100.000/person…

 

Uluwatu Temple

Then continue the trip,our we take you to Uluwatu temple.Name of Uluwatu was come from the word Ulu meaning the head and Watu meaning stone. Therefore Uluwatu Temple mean the temple built in tip of coral reef. It was built in the 11th century. This temple is a Hindu temple set on the cliff bank in south part of Bali Peninsula. It is one of six big groups of Bali Temples,located in Pecatu Village, Sub district of South Kuta, and Badung Regency . It is situated on the coral reef sordid to sea about 80 meters above the sea level. It is featured by a small dry forest which is mostly called by Alas Kekeran (interdict forest) which is belong to the temple and dwelt by a lot of monkeys.Entrance ticket for  this temple is IDR 30,000/person.
